RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
HugeTomato guarantees to refund any items if you are not satisfied with your purchase. All returns must be returned in acceptable condition and posted within 7 working days after you receive the warehouse address from us. Please send emails to email@example.com to get the warehouse address in your nation.
Products must be returned in the original box and/or packaging.
30 days easy return in this following reason: (From the date you received the item to the date we received your return request)
Quality problem of the item (e.g damaged, dented, malfunctioned, cannot be used)
Received the incomplete product(s) (e.g. missing items). In this case, we will send the missing items for you for free.
Received the wrong product(s) (e.g. we sent wrong size, wrong colour, different products to you). In this case, we will send you the correct product for free.
About these items: clothes, shoes, or jewelry that have different sizes. if you choose the size isn’t fit for you, replacement is acceptable. (You need to return the item on your own cost)
Notice: Please enclose your order number and tracking number (of the returned package) in the email and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org . In this way we can track your returned package and issue a refund/Exchange. If you don't enclose your order number, we are unable to recognize who you are nor able to refund to your account. (When you return the item in the post office, you will get a track number on the receipt. Please send this tracking number to us) Again, please enclose your order number and tracking number in the email and send it to email@example.com
Once we receive your return parcel, it will be processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) and we will email you to let you know this has been refunded. The funds will go back to your original payment card. It typically takes 5-10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), which depending on your bank/card issuer.
If there is no quality-related issue but you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the items for refund within 10 working days of receiving your order. We will offer full refund after we received your package and inspected it. You would be responsible for all shipping fees incurred.
We can not accept returns and refund in these following reasons:
The pearl earrings is bigger/smaller than I thought (different pearl has different size. We marked the size in every product description. Please read it before purchase)
The undergarment (e.g corset, underwear) can not be return or refund due to hygiene purposes.
Changed of mind is not applicable.
You bought the same item from other website and want to return
Before return, please email us: firstname.lastname@example.org to get the local return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking number.
